The KanjiQuizz app is distributed through Google Play, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The terms of use of the app store are Google's, not the publisher's.

4. Intellectual property

The code of the app and of the website, their interface, texts and visual identity are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The website uses the Klee One (Fontworks, SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Roboto Mono (Google, Apache License 2.0) typefaces. They are hosted on the publisher's server: no request is made to a third-party font service.

This website sets no cookie and uses no tracker or analytics tool. No consent banner is therefore needed.

7. Purchases

No purchase is offered in the app at this time. The full unlock announced on this website, at a price of €8.99 including tax, is not yet on sale.

When it is, the sale will be operated by Google, which acts as the merchant of record in the European Union and handles payment and applicable VAT. This notice and the terms of sale will be completed before that goes live.

8. Liability

KanjiQuizz is a tool to help learn Japanese. The publisher strives to keep the language content accurate but cannot guarantee it: that content comes in part from the collaborative databases cited in section 4 and may contain errors.

The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident.

The information published on this website — dates, prices, features — describes the product as of the last update date and may change until its release.

Links to third-party websites on this site or in the app do not engage the publisher's liability as to their content.

9. Reporting content

To report an error, inappropriate content or an infringement of a right: help.kanjiquizzapp@outlook.fr. Every serious request receives an answer as soon as possible.

10. Governing law
